Inside, the apartment is modern, spotless, and equipped with everything you might need: a washing machine, hair dryers, an iron, whatever you need, it’s all there."

"隣のホテルのフロントで受取り、アパートに案内していただいた。最初、建物の入り口や廊下などを見たら、かなり古く部屋も大丈夫かなと思ったが、部屋に入ってビックリきれいにリフォームされていて、エアコン・洗濯機・電子レンジ・食洗器などの電化製品も新しいものだった。特にスタッフの対応も非常に良かった。実は当初Booking.comで４泊予定していた宿泊施設が、チェックイン予定時間から3時間もまたされた挙句、一方的にキャンセルになり、家族4人で、そのあと急遽４泊の宿泊する施設をBooking.com（当然のことながら同社の支援は全くなかった）でさがすはめになり、何軒にも断れ、ニースの人が信じられなくなっていたが、この宿泊施設のスッタフ（もしかしたらオーナー）の陽気さややさしさに触れて安堵した。"
